When you arrive for your first visit, please be prepared to complete all insurance and health information forms that will allow us to begin your dental treatment. We will ask you to fill out several forms that will get you acquainted with our office.
If you are being seen as an emergency, we will do our best to take care of your problem at that time, but an additional appointment may be required. Afterwords we will see you back for a comprehensive evaluation, full xrays and a cleaning.
A normal New Patient exam and cleaning appointment will take approximately 1 1/2 hours. Dr. Styles will do a comprehensive exam, take a full set of x-rays, and you will receive a teeth cleaning or full mouth debridement dependent on your situation.
Dr. Styles will design a treatment plan , including any options available, and we will gladly help you with your insurance and financing options.
